Vodafone

Vodafone Music Shows is a Vodafone platform that offers a lot of concerts. After the Covid, our client decided to adapt its project to the new situation.

The main goal was to offer customers and non-customers to attend concerts in person or via streaming. Also we had to update the UI to fit the latest trends and expectations of our community.

UX & UI Design

Starting point

The first thing we did was a heuristic analysis to understand how to adapt our website to the new situation. Also, we made an empathy map and a customer journey.

Organization

Using the Agile Methodologies as a card sorting, we defined 3 types of User Persona, designed a sitemap and the web architecture. Then, we designed the low-fidelity wireframes and tested the new navigation.

Finally, we presented a new responsive website with microinteractions and new transitions.

Conclusions

This was a complicated project because each user could have different roles. I managed to design an attractive website adapted to the digital world.
