El Almendro needed an e-commerce site to sell their products online in Spain and abroad. Also they needed a new cool opportunity because his website was a simple corporate landing page.

Challenge
For this e-commerce, we needed to study our client’s position in the market. What can be done better? Is it modern enough?
We do stakeholder interviews, benchmarking and user surveys to evaluate chocolate habits and customs.
Project development
After an analysis of the brand, we defined the buyer person, the sitemap and the customer journey. Then I designed the prototype.
Adopting the Design Thinking methodology helped us focus on our business objectives, but also on our final users in a more accurate way by understanding their needs better, defining design challenges and finding better solutions.
We had a multidisciplinary team including the client at every part of the process.
Conclusions
The result is an attractive and functional e-commerce. Sales increased and our client was very satisfied.
